Hi. I have what I think is a technical issue and need to request a support ticket - not sure how. Did a search in the cafe and nothing came up. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks !

Hi Kathy! I didn't have any issue so I'm not sure about the flow, but if you click on the small microphone icon in the menu bar (at least on PC) you have a Help Center menu item which takes you to this link: https://www.tonegym.co/help/index?f=0

If you don't find any solution there, there's a Contact Us button down and you can choose to contact about a technical issue.

were you not be able to get your diamond? you needed to complete a daily workout for it to show up
