Hey man, not here, it may be your browser, chrome works better. If you're already using it, try cleaning the cache. Sometimes a level up doesn't raise your TPI (low ranked games compared to your other games). And I hope that you manage to get the discount. Have you checked the upgrade page? maybe the discount is there but you haven't received any message due to this browser/connection problem you're facing

What issues exactly are you experiencing in the games?

@carlos I’m using safari on my iPad...so I will try to clear the cache. The issue wasn’t with my tpi, but when playing the game. After giving the last correct answer I am shown that I completed the level but when the page loads to take me back to game selection, the level up isn’t reflected and i remained on the previous level.
As for the discount, I checked the unlock pro page as well and couldn’t see the discount.
Anyways I’ll try clearing the cache...thanks for your help.

Your issue should be fixed if you use chrome.

Cool...I’ll switch to chrome and check out the support ticket. I was pissed about the level up issue because I cleared one after ages...route VI is really tough for me. 😅
