@Amit Fortus When I started guitar it felt natural only on barre chords, but later a teacher forced me to use it for chorus, solo... it was tricky the first week then it felt natural and never went back! Try forcing yourself using it for 1 week and see how it goes, that worked for me! As for piano, no pinkies = no octaves! 😨

not for me, I guess I can play octaves perfectly with my thumb and 4th finger while im 14 years old :|
