Hi there, I am stuck at inversionist. Do you have some hints how to recognize inversions of (dominant) seven chords?
Up to now, I was able to do it simply be interpreting the sound without analyzing the single notes nor by analyzing the location of the root. I am afraid, that this will not work any further.
Is it of any practical use to recognize inversions of seventh anyway?
Is there any practical use to recognize the inversions of any chords? There is only one way on how to recognize inversions of sevens - play them. Your ear learns best through repetition and sampling.
