Is there any way to disable the activities that require a microphone for my daily workouts? I use Sonarworks Reference Systemwide and it doesn't seem to want to play along with the software used for the trainings that require changing my input to the microphone.

I just let them play and not enter and answer

If you go into Account Settings, you can change your rotation by going to Training Preferences.

If you're on macOS, make sure in Audio/MIDI settings your mic is set to Default Mic Input.

Yeah, as Al Barnard said, go to your Settings and de-select games you don't want to play. Problem solved.
