I just do the daily workout, but I've been doing it every weekday for over 3 years now. It's proven sufficient for my ambitions, when combined with plenty of practice playing and composing.
Don’t do just this website, it will not directly translate in music growth. Use it as a “ramp” for your other (main) practice as a way to habit stack and create routines. I spend ~15 mins here first thing in the morning, then move on to 45 minutes of core ear training like transcribing, sight singing, etc.
i do this like once/ week if i feel motivated lol. lots of my work are invovled in music already. that said i wish they let you customize your own workouts. i wanna tackle my weak points instead of grinding scales that i'll never use
daily workout is so good. but i also like to do some specific games like scale spy and chordelius with the piano out and play along. if i do that though i reset the level and try it without it next time
