Do it inconsistently! I know it sounds weird, but picking up the instrument at random without thinking too much makes it easier, because you aren't forcing yourself. You suddenly want to practice but you are in the bathroom? Get out and do it. You are running errands and suddenly feel the itch? Get home fast and practice. It's almost 9 pm and you haven't played? Better do it before it can annoy your neighbors, even if it's just for 15 minutes and only scales. Also, practice close to a window instead of timing yourself, because I've noticed that playing for 4 hours (from early afternoon till sunset) feels way less taxing than thinking i have to play for 1 hour minimum.

Hope it works!

As long as your practicing your a successful musician. Your already pro you just have to wait till time catch’s up to your success.
if your doing what’s in front of you because it will help you become the person you want to be then you are a success. Mistakes are part of being successful.

Make yourself bored. If there's a specific thing stopping you like binging Youtube delete it or set a time limit. OR in a less forceful and more healthy way ask yourself why before you go to do everything. This will help you stay oriented towards your goals and stop you from filling your day with time wasters or fillers you don't really enjoy. Its good to relax and get distracted it lets our subconscious work and gives us inspiration but a distraction should be intentional and genuinely interesting.
