My activation process failed. What can I do?

If your activation email is failing, you can request a new activation email by following these steps:

  1. head to our support page.
  2. Choose 'Login & Activation' as the request type.
  3. Choose either 'I didn't receive my activation email' or 'My activation email isn't working' as the main issue.
  4. Enter the email address you used to register to ToneGym and press the 'Send' button.
  5. Check your email inbox and follow the steps shown in the new activation email.
  • Make sure you enter the correct email. If you still aren't receiving the activation email, you might be using the wrong email address.
  • Make sure you're not mixing up your ToneGym and SoundGym accounts.
