Can I reset my current level in the gym games?

Once you've passed level 10 in any of the gym games, you will be able to go up to 10 levels back in order to practice them again before advancing further in that specific game.

You can do so by pressing on the 'Change level' button on the right side of the game's intro page-

This action can be reverted at any time so you can go back to your highest level for each game
