I contacted TG support because I was having with note recognition problems when using Safari. They said I should use Chrome, but the problems were just as bad. I contacted them again and received this reply:
We have looked into this subject and have come across some technical restrictions that prevent us from solving this completely.
We are doing our best to develop and improve ToneGym, but since we have limited R&D resources, we have to prioritize other topics over this one.
I'm beginning to wonder what other games aren't working properly? Surely we should receive a discount on our subscriptions until this is resolved?
Same problem with all the exercises that use the microphone. This is a complete disrespect to say to a user that they can't solve his problem because they don't have resources. We had the resources to pay for the service and we never told you to give us a subscription for free, because we don't have money (I'm pretty sure they would never give us one). I just don't want to use this service anymore, because I can use any other free website for hearing exercises and I can find all the learning content on YouTube by myself. Because I do have the resources for that
@Petr Hartmann I'm at level 43 on Solfegiator. I have not been experiencing any issues with Interval Barks or Melody Jay in the slightest, only the one game.
