@Rach Gibbons. Everyone is different - what you get out of it will not be exactly like what anyone else gets out of it. For me it has been a huge part of my journey back to music - honestly if anyone has asked me if I would be where I am now a few years ago - I would have said - No Way!!! I would have said that it was not possible
