How do I cancel my Pro subscription's auto-renewal?

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your Account settings.

If you cancel, your plan won`t renew the following month or year (depending on your plan type). You`ll still have Pro access until the end of the period you paid for.

Click the 'Cancel ' button. Make sure the status changes to 'Canceled'.

Keep in mind that if you have a discounted subscription rate, you`ll lose that price if you cancel your subscription.

Subscribed through the mobile app?

Subscriptions purchased in the ToneGym app are managed by the app store, not from your ToneGym account settings:

• iOS: open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, choose ToneGym, and tap Cancel Subscription.
• Android: open the Google Play app, tap your profile icon, go to Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions, choose ToneGym, and tap Cancel.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
