this page, to do this, just click the 'View Eligible Refunds' button.
- Monthly subscriptions are not refundable. Refunds are only available for any purchase or renewal charge within 30 days of a Yearly or Lifetime subscription.
- Refunds cannot be claimed for any partial-month or pride of usage.
- If you have a discounted subscription rate, you'll not be able to reclaim that rate.
Subscribed through the mobile app?
If you purchased your subscription inside the ToneGym app on iOS or Android, billing is handled by Apple or Google, and ToneGym cannot issue refunds for those purchases.
